One of these "pepper" plants are really hard to water one mineute its under waterd, next minute put about cup of water in the pot and it's over waterd any reason for that?

Try one minute and a half :biggrin:
Really depends on your medium composition, your watering frequency and the soil 's dryness/moisture
You can water from the bottom by pouring into the cup.

at worst, remove the excess.
