Unable to post pics

nothing happens when I click the box under smiles. I'm using iPad Pro maybe that's the problem. If my pics are to large I should still get the drop down box. Any help would be appreciated.

NEVERMIND IF I USE A PROXY DROP DOWN WONT WORK.
