This is more then likely been ask before. my question is how much raw product (sugar leaf, trim) does it take to make a oz. of hash oil.

Depends on the strain and how it was grown.
Bud has ranged from 5.8 to 28.1% AA and trim from almost nothing, to around 18%.
We average between 20/25% Absolute return from prime bud, and about half that for the trim.

If you are just starting and the material is STRAIGHT trim I wouldn't expect much more than 5-10% return. Plan to make an ounce from a pound of starting material and anything over is a bonus.
Ostensibly yes, but we don't have a proportioner, and haven't experimented with having gases blended. It would be a good experiment.
