BINGO! Many people also have no idea that after the war, Henry Ford sued the American government for bombing his European manufacturing facilities, and he won that suit. So not only did he get paid to build a lot of the American war machine, and get paid to build the Nazi war machine, but he also got paid after the war to rebuild it all.

He, Prescott Bush, Charles Lindbergh, and many other prominent Americans openly supported Hitler as long as they were able to do so. Hitler ultimately ran afoul of the eugenicists who loved what he was doing but didn't like that he was being so open about it. They preferred eugenics to be a secret agenda.

Eugenics, like fascism, has it's roots right here in the good old USA, not some odd imported background.

Prescott Bush somehow remained very popular among the Jewish population in Connecticut, the state he represented as Senator.

There was something about his collective work that the Jewish folks in CT liked.

I think it's funny that the left always tries to blame any uprising, anywhere in the world, on facists; it always devolves into that. This French uprising was caused by a leftist policy from a leftist government. Leftist always have these grand utopian ideals and when they try to implement them, reality smacks them in the face.
The French government wants to force the middle and lower classes, the rich can afford $7-8 a gallon, to pay for their idealistic policies. The people vote for these self righteous, holy than thou morons because they want to be self righteous too. In this case they are going to save the world by creating a situation where people use less fossil fuel and that will " save the world". Who doesn't want to "save the world"?
The problem is that these ideas sound good but the people never actually think about how these ideas will be implemented in reality and these holier than thou politicians sure as hell don't tell them their plan while they are campaigning. People hear these grand ideas and say, that sounds good, I'm voting for that guy. Any thinking beyond the superficial isn't entertained.
Then holy savior politician puts out a policy, a policy he would never reveal while campaigning because he knows he wouldn't be elected if he told the truth, that fucks the very people who put him in office.
The same thing happened in the US when the savior Obama got his moronic health care plan. Sounds good but when a family of 4 now has to come up with $1500-1800 a month for, what is really shitty health care, it falls apart. My girl makes too much money to get affordable health care and can't afford, at $685 a month, the plan that's offered to her based on her income. She is 60 years old and you need health care when you are 60 but she can't afford it so she has none. The only reason people in their 20's can now get health care for $175 a month is because people in the middle class and families are being asked to subsidize their health care. Obama thought people could afford to do that, they can't. Of course he didn't tell them it would cost that much. He lied and said it would be affordable for everyone when he knew there is no way in hell that would be the case. He was a slick used car salesman and people bought it. Again reality smacking them in the face.
The people of France are now being asked to pay for the holy policy of reducing climate change and they are throwing temper tantrums. I want to ask, when you voted for this guy because he sounded so righteous, how in the hell did you think he was going to pay to implement these righteous ideas? Maybe you should have asked before you voted for him.

Reality is undefeated.

Certainly one wing of the eugenics movement took flight here in the USA, but the other spanned Britain and the Netherlands. Essentially its a conspiracy between old white aristocracy of Europe, Jewish aristocracy, and American industrialist "new money" of the turn of the 19th-20th Century. Prince Philip of the Netherlands, J.D. Rockefeller, the Zionist banking families like the Rothschilds, and of course the British royal family. At its heart is the notion that "the cream always rises to the top" as the saying goes. They believe they are in power because they are better than everyone else, and they have conspired to keep themselves in power(and indeed even expand that power greatly). As long as we continue to be dependent on traditional banking systems to function as a society, we will never escape their clutches. I wish Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency were actual solutions to the problem, but sadly they are not for a slew of reasons I don't want to get too sidetracked on.

That's exactly how neoliberals seize power. They rig the elections so that its a choice between extremely bad or just very bad. This was Clinton's tactic in the 2016 election. Its why Bill asked his old golfing buddy Donald to run as a Republican. They just didn't count on Hillary being so disliked that she would lose to her own fake rival. Donnie Tiny Hands did everything in his power to screw up his chance at being elected, and people still picked him instead of her.

Now, instead of admitting it was a mistake to rig the primaries so she could have "her turn", the decision was made to just blame Russia. Doesn't matter if doing so makes any sense at all; its better to risk causing WW3 than admit that democracy is an illusion in the USA.

He helped the USAF learn about fuel conservation for long distance flights in the Pacific . Even shot down a Japanese plane himself .
