One of my new Colorado friends wants to grow a high CBD strain.

(Something that I have never pursued.)

Anyone know of Colorado legal seeds or clones?

If it finished outdoors here in Colorado that would be perfect.

Otto II sounds like a fine place to start for my friend although at 70+days flowering time I'd have thought it was too late for outdoors in Colorado?

I doubt that I can get my friend excited about spending $5000 for a kilo of seeds. Is there any way to buy a small (5-10 seeds) amount?

Here is the strain HG1 claiming 12% CBD with virtually no THC. The Otto II that you grow is 6% THC, 8% CBD. Is my friend likely to be more happy with one or the other llamabox?

I'm harvesting Otto II at 13% CBD and .026% thc. I'm waiting on test results for the other.

In the process of growing and testing two strains, Dirty Shirley and Box of Remedies, both from SHN. I can share cuts in a few weeks, but have no data on either, atm.
