FL MMJ starting off pretty crazy

MMJ went legal today and the FL Dept. of Health was tasked on the ballot, that everybody voted for (71.32%), with setting up the program. So I went to their website to check it out.

First, they say only TERMINAL eligible now. Constitutional amendment clearly states DEBILITATING ILLNESSES. I think that part might be illegal. They were tasked to develop a program not to determine policy.

Next, they require 2 doctors to recommend now. A doc you have seen for at least 3 months, and is on their list of approved docs. Then a specialist he refers you to. Again, I think that violates the constitution.

Then, they say no smoking. What?

Then I looked at the local craigslist for jollies. The only "caregiver" was for a door delivery service with a phone area code number to LA? Competitively priced though, $230 OZ and $500 QP. But whoa. Sketchy.

This is hilarious. What a joke. The money grubbers are right at it. Too bad sick people, the intended benefactors, get screwed again. How many sick people, who can't work, can afford 2 doctors and then whatever the state decides a card might be, plus wild prices for state monopolized scwag? Cuh-razy
