Dont know about Sulfur. iF you want make safe organic tea.

Why not use Epsom Salt ?
This is very cheap.
You dont need much.

You found this easy in nature healt shops for humans.

1-2 Teaspoons is enough for one Gallon.

Epsom Salt is organic Magnesium

Use this first time day 14 in Veg

Then twice in flower. Day 14-15 in flower. And day 30-35 also in flower
You can use it more if the plants is showing needs for more Magnesium.

Stop use Epsom Salt 25-30 day before harvest.

Sorry about going of topic.

Hope you dont mind i give you a better alternative :)

The sulphur in Molasses will not hurt anything. (Dunno how you grow but molasses can help grow anaerobic bacteria in yr pots if drainage is not perfect. Just sayin' ...)
