Led recommendation for mom room? 10'x15'x8'

I will hopefully only need four lights to sufficiently take care of a 10x10 footprint with 8ft ceilings. I am also hoping that I will not have to add additional AC to the room. Any insight would be appreciated. ?

I am covering two 2'x8' veg tables in a 100sq/ft. One table with two 2'x4' LEDs and one with two 8 bulb, T5 florescent fixtures. Even with half of the florescent bulbs off those fixtures throw much more heat than the LEDs at full power. I'd use something like this;

I am looking for a veg light for my mums. How high does the FC6500 have to be hung for a 5x5 and 6x6 foot print? How much heat do they
put off? I would need four of them for a bedroom. Thanks for the feed back
