It's going to be 1970 all over again here this year, when leagalization starts, as everyone and their mother will plant weed, and abandon them like they do their tomatoes. There won't be a plant within Ottawa that won't have seeds. Everything will be crossed with everything, just like a greasy spoon's Friday Minestrone soup.
