Specifically mentions that employers can still drug test for hiring, firing, etc. No mention of landlords, meaning they still have that power since it's their property.

Thanks for clarifying. That is a real shame. They should at least extend those protections to the medical community.

Maybe what we need is a Prop 2151 that would extend these protections to medical users, and decriminalize small amounts of cannabis for non-medical users. And then we can worry about all the AUMA recreational licensing garbage as a step two. :biggrin:

I really wish I knew more about industrial hemp... but AUMA apparently restricts the definition of industrial hemp to only strains that yield 0.3% THC and below--so any higher strains that are commonly grown, would be illegal? Anybody know more about this?
