Help with rosin pressing

Hello . First let me say I am happy I ditched butane and started my journey with a rosin press . I love it . I feel it's safe and clean . Well it is actually

I am not sure if I am pressing correctly , I have a flash vape 20u press . It's a 20T with a 10k psi hand pump .

I went with a temp of 200f, Pumped to 600 psi. For 1m /15sec .Sound right ? Is there a guide like to follow ? I know less heat less yield but best quality .
Using flower only this is what I am getting. It's half gold half white .
It taste amazing and is good stone .
I thought it was all suppose to be a golden colour

hotter and/or longer will get you a darker product
Every strain is different as well.
