if so how would you do it,i think its impossible to legalise but decriminaliseing it could work

It will be legal soon.

I've heard that "never in my lifetime" stuff so many times ..

If I were to decide to believe that I would never waste my time trying to make a change.

For the change to take place requires that at least some folks think it IS possible.
