caramel candies are the bomb as well; you can also rewrap a pack of wurthers or whatever with a vacuum sealer and you're super set

What if your oatmeal cookies came out with a green tinge, peppered with little green speckles?
Do ya think anyone would notice?

If you're concerned about that, use food coloring. make them festive Easter cookies of all different colors

Um, not to be a killjoy, but doesn't it seem likely that the folks charged with preventing us from carrying banned things on planes & such also have access to the internet, & can presumably learn all our little tricks by reading forums & threads like this one?

That said, I've never had any problems.

That said, be careful anyway.

they can't and are not looking for baked goods. they don't have the resources. at the end of the day, Big Brother wants you to think he is all powerful and knows everything you are doing. the reality is that mail, mass transit, etc you are a needle in a haystack. they don't have the resources to check everyone and everything. they really only check a small percentage of people beyond the basic screaning. don't beep when you go through the metal detector and enjoy the flight.
