Make RSO with wet or dry buds?

Hello all, So i'm going to make RSO oil and I usually make it with dry material, but i've also heard you can make it with "wet frozen material" as in fresh cut buds that are frozen. I am making this oil for my dog that's been diagnosed with cancer.

My question is what are the pros and cons vs making RSO with Dry vs wet material?

Which method is best for fighting cancer?

Do you decarb the wet material before the process?

FUCK CANCER with CANNABIS....
