if you are not limited in budget, imho, give a look at spectra cob9 or cob4.

is the only one, that i'm aware of, that is built in eu with real cree cob, and the concept on it are the most similar used in diy pannel, a very plus for it is the possibility to get the led upgraded.

if you are budget limited consider some diy work, you can find a lot of nice info on dion's post.

and these one: http://www.leoledgrow.eu/en/shop/fspectrum-c-led-125w.html

i have now 2 of fSpectrum C with CXB3070 and they make veeery powerful magic to my plants

i weren't aware of them, look, on paper, like a decent setup.

from their d.s.: 4x CREE CXB3070 (1x 2700K, 2x 3500K, 1x 5000K)
this is something i'd like to test as well.

looks like the cob are driven soft, 800mA if my maths is right. i'd push them some more, but that's me.

Finally there is some options in led lights in eu! At least Amare, Spectra and Leoled seem to offer some quality products with decent COB.

agree with that, spectradesignlab makes the best commercial lights here in europe.

I suggest also todogrowled, it's a spanish company, great products

Any updates on new EU based LED vendors/manufacturers ?

So far I have collected these, that yout guys gave suggested and have caught my attention:

- TGL - http://www.todogrowled.com/gb/
- Hans - http://www.bonsaihero.com/index.php
- Excite LED - http://www.exciteled.eu/en/models

+

Spectra - http://www.spectradesignlab.com/

Which costs an arm and a leg to own it, but their design and finish is by far one of the best looking.

Would anyone be willing to tell me what is the HPS comparable wattage of this lamp

that TGL light is shit

at 100w the cxb3590 gets (133L per watt) barely above HPS in efficiency, plus that is assuming its top bin, which it probably isn't seen as they don't say its top bin

Since nobody answered me i just bought a 100w and a 200w diy kit. I have to say, there a pretty solid and i guess they will work for a long time! I am pretty busy at the moment but I'll get some photos uploaded in the future. I really like the modular aspect of the kits. If I wanted to, I could combine the two kits to a 6 COBs bar or run 3 seperate heatsinks with 2 COBs each. In my case I am using the 100w with 6500k for the veg. and 200w with 3500k for flower.. They just fit perfectly in my setup and I could'nt be happier at the moment, totaly worth every cent. :dance013:
