i think thats not a spider mite but a predator mite. its legs are a little too long and i don't see any spots but i do see some eggs and they must be there for a reason. i would start looking for eggs underneath the leaves and black tiny dots. scope those areas. look for spots on leaves and sometimes you will find webbing which can even be just a single stand.
I have been dealing with spider mites for years can never quite wipe them out.
Over the winter I released some predator mites ,but didn't see any noticable results.
My grow room is in a basement.
I figured the cold wiped them out.
