Rosin not incorporating

How do you get your rosin to not become oil balls when you make jello?



Had taken some wax. Slow and low cooked it in. Now my guess was that I put it into the freezer and not fridge to allow for it settle.



Another issue I can say arose was that I had stirred long enough.



I'm better with making weed butter. Trying to hone in my skills.

I haven't done it with jellies but lecithin helped homogenize a batch of honey I made.

I prefer the liquid. And, I always use sunflower lecithin, never soy lecithin. Just my pref.

hand blender and emulsify it real well should be videos on it out there

Liquid soy. It took a good tablespoon or so for 1L honey.

I've since switched to sunflower. Ringo says we have to do our part to stop anthro-induced phytoplankton hermaphrodism.
