Not to nitpick but, nitpicking, I think that's both true and untrue - different sources of plant proteins when combined have all the essential amino acids, but individual plants are deficient.

Been attempting to muster the wherewithall and fortitude to appropriately address this thread for some time.
I apologize for having taken so long to do so. Have been to an unending string of appointments.
One specialist contradicts the other.
What I have been told to this point is that I have small cell lung cancer.
A respiratory disease which goes by the name of MAC

Was also told I have valley fever.
They seem to keep adding to the list.
Had me on several different steriodal
type meds and a couple of inhalers.
That seems to be discontinued with what is
going on. They had mentioned oxygen,
which I would dearly love to be able to
have. The sensation of no longer being
able to have the ability to breath as I once
could gets a little uncomfortable at times.
Have to say that I have felt more than
fortunate to have met some wonderful
people as a result of this thread.
Am doing pretty well overall, and
am sure hoping for the very best
for each and all with what
we have at hand.
