Re-vegging

So ive got this skywalker og that I popped from finding a lonely seed from a oz. Didn't think it would pop at all but with some luck it did. Its located in a dwc tote and I was wondering if anyones revegged amd had luck with it. I have 3 clones I took from it that are starting to do well (pictured) but I was hopimg to re-veg this one simce I had a order of seeds ,that were supposed to be here weeks ago, never make it to my place. So ill just work with what I have and raise skywalker ogs. Lol. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Or if you have any tester beans ill journal your strain. Thanks guys.

You did good taking the clones. When you reveg, the plant flowers again but it has a smaller yield. Revegging is really for saving special genetics you don't want to lose.

If you want to re-veg, start by removing any buds left, but keep as many fan leaves as you can. Next you want to trim back the root mass some. The leaves have to provide energy to support the root mass and, since you wont have many leaves at first, you won't need all that root mass.

It will take time to start vegging again but should make a good mother plant for clones.

Thanks guys. So trim the mass some? Can I trim it back pretty heavy? The solocup that it sits in is also accompanied by a male stalk that I had to cut out and the root mass is also the males and they are super tangled. Could I trim the roots back pretty significantly? I feel like the roots (of the male)will start to rot and cause problems.
