3 Red Mandarines mini scrog, in dwc with some LED

Hello guys!

Started 4 Red Mandarine seeds last month.
All 4 germinated BUT did some mistakes in my setup, 1 was very lacking behind and finally managed to rip it off while working setting up the scrog net.

End of month will be the deadline for veg, hope to barely make it before June and before heat starts, i don't have a chiller or A/C

The setup is pretty simple:
- 80x80x160cm grow tent
- 2x 100w HLG 3000k leds -might add 100-150w of SILs if the scrog fill nice-
- 2x 35lt water capacity buckets, some airstones and airpumps.
- Air extractor ~350m3/h, 1 circulating fan
- Nutes GHE flora micro, bloom + some bennie tea
So far EC is @ 0.7

First weeks they were in a 60x60x140cm tent with a hlg 100w

Plants got topped. Moving them to the 80x80x160cm tent. Firing up another 100w HLG today...

accident! thought at least to capture the moment  no more dilemma if i should keep her or not

Finishing setting up their final space now, and starting training them ...stay tuned

Hi Crowmax, i'd let the small plant live... at the end of the day for you changes zero, being one DWC with two pots.
And the net should be filled in any case.
Even 10 g of a different pheno worth it, with no extra effort.
My 2 cents. Happy gardening!:tiphat:

Day 36 veg

Day 36 veg

DARKSIDER, ElTigre, bibi, mr.brunch Thanks for stopping by... hope you like the grow... and hope your grows goes good guys, i see/follow everyone of them!

@ElTigre i would keep it, she had recovered, but i ripped it off by accident ...

-Day 36-
Finished all plant work... Phew...! Very tiring setting up new space and things every grow.

Gave them a dosage of Heisenberg tea. Doesn't look they have root-rot, but just in case.

Leafs look abit droopy but healthy, probably i setup watering level too high, about 1-2cm away from netpots. They should be fine in few days as they drink the water.

Grow is very remote, most times visiting once per week. Things can't be adjusted everyday.

EC @ 0.7
PH @ 5.9
Temps: 17-19c
RH: 55% (the Rh meter in photo doesn't work good anymore, having 2nd one elsewhere)

Probably 14-15 more days veg and then starts flowering

Day 1 flowering

Day 1 flowering

Hi guys!

Bibi i don't know how much they will stretch during flowering.
When i did first grow with led and photoperiod strain, they went immediately to flower after the switch and didn't stretch much like i used to with the HPS. Ofc this can be because of other factors, lets see how much they will stretch now :D

Day 1 Flowering
Switched to 12/12!

Flowering will be done with only these 200w
Situation with covid19 has left me without job/money, very insecure. At the moment even 50euro shopping on couple of LEDs seems bad idea.

Bad quality pics today, had only the ''working'' light on, camera sucks on low light
Moved the left plant abit more to the center
picture.php

Took clones and marked each plant.
#1 and #2 are very similar, almost like clones.
#3 is much more bushy, lot of leafs, branches and very tight internode distance. Very hard to work with the net.

Clones taken

just a leaf accidentally snapped , they look abit N overfert...

Did water change today so snapped couple of photos too.

Temp 17-18c
RH 60-65%
PH 5.7
EC 1.0

Not sure if these nute dosages are good/balanced for now. They do seem abit heavy in N. No signs of nute burn or deficiency. Any suggestions are welcome!

Day 10 flowering

Day 10 flowering

bibi , darksider, wantmorebuds, El Tigre, tommy G , thanks for stopping by guys! Hope flowering goes as good as the veg.

Day 10 flowering

Plants doing ok, not much stretching.
Seems they got a bit over-vegged or just too big for only these 200w Leds. The lights are now 30cm away from the canopy.

Ph is getting little unstable on the bucket with the 2 plants. (dropping slightly by time, got down to 5.3)
The Ph on the single plant and bucket, stable as a rock, at 5.7 all week long.

Temp 16-18c
RH 50-60%
PH 5.8
EC 1.0
(30lt tapwater, 30ml micro, 30ml bloom)

Some quick snaps:

Did some work underneath the screen to clean the space. Broke a nice thick branch too..
Will only let them grow upwards from now on..
