Any interest? Was it tried before but failed?


Poked around and couldn't find a relevant thread.

More than a few times I have come across someone quoting a post I've made that slipped through the cracks for a few weeks, and see it happen frequently with others, in low-traffic threads particularly.

Going to feel pretty retarded (normal) if this is already a feature and I haven't enabled it...

I've never heard of these.

Are they supposed to notify you when a post of yours is quoted?

Ah, good, then it probably hasen't been tried here. At least I wasen't overlooking something.

Yes, that's exactly it. Another forum or two I post on have it setup and I find it very helpful. I'm not sure what the hassle would be to program such a feature, having zilcho understanding of such proci. processes. process's.

riu has it, really handy. Also if you want to talk to a person in a thread but not quote them you press @then type the first letter of their name, it will then pop up automatically + inserted and they get a notification.
