Hi, I succesfully done my 1st Grow Report but cannot see the green Leaf ..Could any help me pls ?

Hello, I continue here so I do not open a new unusefull 3d.. I made my 2nd grow report.. some days more than a week agò... it still say ..complete and waiting for approval... is there any problem with it ?
