Thought provoking post., but your solution to the problem seems based on a narrow view of the situation.
Any solution should be based on a thorough understanding of the baseline.

Off topic, so I'm reluctant to post an exhaustive reply that elaborates my thoughts here in this thread.
The legalization of cannabis is too important to connect with eugenics and what not.

It is to my understanding there are better more basic solutions to all of the problems all of society faces than thinking up ways we can implement laws in an already broken institution, my proposal is to treat the disease and not it's symptoms.
Marijuana remaining illegal this long and the broken policies that persist even through "legalization" are indicative of a much larger problem that's destroying society as we know it. These things aren't going to change until people are brave enough to have an adult conversation about it or atleast hear what has been worked out by the people smart enough to try.
Eugenics plays a role in all of our lives whether you like it or not. Salvation of mankind depends entirely on what principles we move forward into the future on, equally with the type of people that belong there. These things will always exist in perpetual symbiosis, hopefully for the betterment of mankind. Hopefully it isn't too late for we as a whole to build a platform out of intelligent people for all of the children of the future to rely on. It sure beats living in a post nuclear world devastated by those not brave enough to stand up to tyranny and capitalism. If that does happen, I'm happy saying I tryed. And thats something I can live with, in the present and for eternity, if there is an afterlife. From what i've seen in the faces of almost everyone this is the only way to live now.

through personal motivation, my experience understanding the ways things actually get done in the world inspire me to share a perspective with those that will hopefully arm themselves with whatever they can take away from what they see when they thoroughly look inside their actions and evaluate every decision that they have ever made with true choice and what they have been controlled to do.
So they can see exactly what has led them to where they are now

Folks like S. Hawking, his contributions to the human race
certainly qualifies as an example of the importance of a
broad definition of the baseline for eugenics.

for shizzle just gotta outcross him to super healthy people with no ALS hidden in their genes, not that it couldn't be edited out of his offspring after his raw dna was passed on, but in the spirit of maintaining the natural progression of the genepool his true dna should be used.

He was only ever famous because he was in a wheelchair, there were dozens of others more noteworthy contemporaries who never achieved a percentage of the type of acclaim that Hawking did. Furthermore, its arguable that engaging in physical cosmology and fantasy physics is a benefit to anyone other than god complex types. None of us are ever going to leave this planet, what difference does it make to us if black holes fart or not?
I want people completely free to grow what they want and share or sell it to any adult who has made the free choice to desire it. I don't want to be taxed for the sales up to a very generous amount to make up for all the hard earned money they squeeze out of me and squander on stupid stuff. want a bible in every motel room and porn channels on the t.v., I want to be truly FREE to make my own choices without Big Brother baby sitting me.
Sorry I get carried away sometimes...What do I think fully legal America will look like...The minimum wage will go up or nobody will come to work
I predict a spike in junk food stocks, candy and sugary nuts will be big earners as well as adult novelties...stocks in military weapons will crash there will be a rise in the birthrate ...peace and love will rule the planet and....LOVE!

I guess the drug that allows bad...bad guys to have and use guns.. n unfort sometimes innocent people get shot- I believe that most (not all) cops leave for work not thinking about who can I shoot today-
it will never happen...but... get rid of the guns.... n accidental shooting by cops will go down to almost zero...

Anywhere that doesn't allow home grows, is not legal.
And allowing a certain amount of plants is bullshit.
How could a grower have a successful breeding program if they're only allowed a few plants.
That being said, if you are selling it, I believe that all cannabis should be tested. We need science to set a standard for acceptable levels of contaminates on a product that may be combusted and inhaled. But who decides?
