agreed^ ...installing the proper number roof jack vents and making sure the soffit vents are unobstructed would be a good start to mitigating the problem
another step is to immediately move the grow tent/operation away from the wall
(which will need to be opened up and treated or replaced if dry rot is bad enough )
The roof looks bad but I wouldnt be surprised if that wall wasn't completely black inside . Obvious the moisture is wicking from the grow into the wall then up into the ceiling where it condenses causing water droplets to run back down the wall
grow tents should not be placed against exterior walls for this reason IMO
