Mills nutrient's Need Some Help Please

ok so i started coco for my first grow. and i bought mills nutrients same brand as coco.but there feed chart does my head in there chart states
week 1 use

start 10ml per 10ltrs
basis A 10ml per 10ltrs
basis b 10ml per 10ltrs

they say ec should be between ec1.5 and ec1.7

but i am adding the same as above but get ec0.7

so i have to add to 10ltrs

start 20ml
basis a 20ml
basis b 20ml
i get ec of ec1.6 so i add water to bring it down to EC1.3

I Rang company they said its your soft water..you need to buy cal mag and add to res at ec0.4 then add nutrient i have full bottles of the stuff so if i can finsh this grow i am going with canna next grow

sorry Teddybrae i was wanting too no should i use cal mag with soft water ? but the plants look ok

i was told try calmag and the shogun calmag was good. so its ordered try it next feed
