Totally kidding. Its nice to see.

That being said, I bouth a Ott box M8S+ today. I didnt realize the whole contributing to the downfall premise. I fully expect that I will have to set it up myself for optimal experience but I wanted to try one out and got it and a keyboard remote for 110 Canadian Pesos.

Ill be trying it out this evening so hopefully its not too painful.

Unfortunately you have to have a facebook account to access the group its a private geoup so if your not a memeber you cant see any posts.
You can youtube mental acts kodi and i think he has links in the info to the installer

The build I use is off Facebook as well. Good thing about it is these people with Facebook page's tend to keep it all running smoothly. If one of my main screen addons die the matey removes it and replaces. He then tells you if there's an update on his page and you download it by clicking the update tab on the main screen.

I do watch the odd movie when they get 1080p releases but I find it a hassle to know when the hd versions are released.
I can't watch these cams or telesyncs,it just ruins good films to watch it like that.

I mainly just watch tv show box sets until I hear there's good films in hd.
So if anyone here spots that a movie has been updated to hd let us all know please.

Each link will say what the definition is, anything with 3 months or so expect it to be a bootleg after that theyre real quick gettin blue ray rips up.

Judd Apatow has a new series called "Love" It's from Netflix, and is on kodi. Mrs. Merx's favorite series of the year she says. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you might get laid after watching it with your girl... :woohoo:

So I tried out this streaming box last night and it went poorly. I went through and added some addons that I saw in the list. Things such as Genesis and Phoenix but I cant get anything to work. Not moves, not TV, not porn. I have Mobdro on there as well but nothing shows up within it. I tried watching one movie and it was buffering quite a bit. It was giving a message about cache is full so I cleared the cache out and it was slightly better. Also had a couple friends over so there were 4 phone connected to the router and once they left, the buffering didnt happen. I have 25mbps internet service.

I need to get this thing set up as the set up out of the box is seemingly worthless or I am missing something cause there is no way in hell I would give up cable to switch to this based on last nights performance.

Im all ears for ideas. Until then, Im off to youtube.

Meraxes is the guy to speak to but I only ever get 25mbps from my WiFi and I don't have any buffering at all. At them speeds you should be fine with a few phones and a couple of films playing off it.
Don't use genesis, I've found it stopped working right as soon as exodus came out.
Should be no issues with Phoenix or mobdro either.

My favorite kodi addon is SALTS(stream all the sources). I like phoenix and sportsdevil too but SALTS has streams for just about everything.

Sounds like outdated addons. Do a fresh start, and install Fusion wizard(instructions here somewhere or you tube). Once thats installed, go to maintnance in programs, and enable 0 cache...sometimes helps with buffering

Im just going through the add ons list and I install something I see, for example, EntertainmentHub. I install it, I open it and I see links etc but nothing will play. Everything says something failed and to check the log.

I havent gotten to youtube yet but Im hoping I can find iunstructions that lay it out for me like Im a 5 year old on the short bus. LOL>

25 mbps should be just fine, they say at least 10-15

There's just going to be dead links. On E hub usually Hugefiles, clicknupload, uptobox links work best I find. Make sure you have 9movies. Lots of 1080. I can't wait to see more uhd on here.. :dance013:

Gav's right. Genesis is dead...you want Exodus, also SpectoFork. Lambda is probably the best developer imo

OK, so I have fusion installed. Then did the superrepo thing as per instructions. I am having more luck with this but I just added the erotik add on, for a friend... and it loads, I see all the vids, but not one will play. Same thing with YifyHD.
