tsw2000 in dwc best configuration

Hi guys,
I'm growing in dwc for the first time with my tsw2000, I have read around many theories on the heights of the lamp and on the dimmer but I could not find sure informations. I have been in veg for 3 weeks at 75% at about 18 inches from the tallest top of the plant. The plants seem to be well, they are only fat and not very tall. what configuration do you recommend to follow? from seeding ti flowering...

Here is the suggestion:
Germination: 25% power, 24-30 inches.
Veg: 50% power, 18-24 inches.
flower: 100% power, 12-18 inches.

Thanks a lot, when you say 24-30 inches is from the base of the boxes or from the top of the plants?
