White Russian starts to really stack the weight in the sixth week. Take it to 9 weeks. The eighth week is doesn't look like it does much but it works on density and resin.
Make sure to change out your res completely every week and don't let her get too cold. Two thing I noticed made a big difference with the white Russian.
