600w HPS Northern Lights Flower Time Advice

Also I do have a viparspectra300(135w) led I was thinking about throwing in there. If I'm going for 16oz+ will the 600w be efficient enough or should I Go For It? I know lighting is #1 and if I can get an extra ounce or 2 with the extra light why not right? Some thoughts?

Start of week 1 flower

Start of week 1 flower

Pulled 2 males that I found and decided to spread the canopy out more I guess I needed the extra space anyway as you can see. Any Thoughts on me getting a LB off this 600w HPS possibly? Maybe more?

I don't think it's impossible, and I would be surprised to see you yielding less than 300g if you have at least 5 females, treat them well and the genetics are up to it. They look really nice.

Well the males are sure starting to show. I have 5 left in the tent as we speak but I'm riding with 3 definite females I'm hoping for at least one more, looking more like a half lb for me but shit I can't complain

And all is not lost because I at least took a few cuttings from the females I have been working on them for 2 days now, check em out

They're too out of focus for me to be able to tell. Maybe if you could focus on the little light colored area just below and to the right of the petiole (left stem) in the photo on the left?

Ok here's a few more. Tried to get a better focus for you to zoom in maybe. I got one to give ya an over all look also.

Frankly I still can't see well enough, even tried downloading one of the images and zooming in with a photo program.

If there's any way you can zoom in and focus on the following highlighted areas (blue circles), it would probably help. It looks like maybe I can see something there.

In the meantime, it isn't showing definitively male, that seems good to me.

I'll have to get a shot in the morning just turned the lights out. But will do. Also I noticed males usually have a bunch of preflower in the same area instead of 1 so we'll see

Hey guys just an update on things, I'm going into week 3 of flowering and im running into a lil issue with some fan leaves, I'm thinking a lockout of some kind but not too sure. I fed a mixture of cns17bloom and jungle juice bloom and bud candy to my ladies the other day and noticed this. Any thoughts
Ps. Just flushed her after I took these pics on instinct

What has your ppm been ?

If the only thing that has changed is adding more/different nutes I would suspect too much.

I would flush for 2-3 days, then low nutes 450-550 ppm for a few days.

Yah that's what I figured. Im just hoping it's not mites or anything serious lol. The tips have been pointing down on this one a bit with a bit of tip discloloring so for now I think just a simple flush should be in order and we'll be ok. I don't have a ppm meter but I keep up with my ph is between 6-6.5. I'm thinking these NL just don't like nutrients that much as I've barely fed em their whole life and of course as soon as I gave them something this happened so yeah

Oh and btw the one plant I was waiting on finally showed sex a few days ago and it's a lady so 4 in total out of 8 (funny to think I had more plants in there at one time) so as long as I don't OverFeed anymore should be an awesome harvest with some Bomb NL to smoke on thanksgiving and Xmas

WutWut:comfort:

You should get a ppm meter they are only like $12. you will want one when your plants get into flower. When the plants get big they will drink lots of water so it is huge to know where your nutes are at.
