The world has certainly lost one of it's most astute observers. He was a man who lived his stories and shared that life with a keenly ironic wit. One last time over the high side...
The Banshee has definitely screamed today!

and on the day before my Birthday too. I loved following Hunters work. May His soul have rest :cry: :smile:

it's a great loss. HST was one you could always trust to tell you the truth. he was someone who couldn't be bought or bribed or threatened. he always said that we're doomed. but i always felt like he was proof that we have a chance. his work has had a great influence on me and i am greatful to him. the last honest journalist is gone.

i wish we knew why. was he sick? dying? maybe he was suffering. i hope hes at peace now. i wish we had him here to tell us the details himself. he's the only one i would believe.

I think it'll be made clear sooner than later....as to the why's....
As you may or may not know,I adopted some of HST's Gonzo Power Fist Logo for Reservoir Seeds,and I'm a huge fan of his works.
HST was an inspiration to me,and I'll certainly miss his words.
