Just a note when trying this kimchi its very spicy and intense. Most of my friends and i like it that way. Got a sensitive friend who almost puked when i let him smell from the jar.
Hmm, maybe not a bad idea, while banned at home with my wife, to make some Gimchi?

I bought Kimchi in a supermarket, but it was terrible, to much preservatives.

Supermarket, really? Might wanna try getting it from a restaurant.
I grew up eating kim-chi and so I`ve tried many different versions of it.
I love kim-chi soup when it´s cold out, and it is getting colder again now
