some arrowheads
the one with the coin beside it is not a arrowhead but was on a jabing stick & was dated back to 3000 years old BY the GA STATE GEOLOGY DEPARTMENT:woohoo: GRATE FINED

naw, i would give him at least 50c for the red corundum there

the petrified wood is rad too
i have this thing for the old things like petrified wood, fossils and amber

Bugman, do you ever look for gold in NGA/NSC or WNC? I used to snorkel those mountain streams a lot for other things. Never saw any gold though.

good pix. love artifacts & knappable stone. would give a leg to go to the Flint River & bring some rock home. workable stuff is hard to find/non-existent around here. allegedly some good "golden-tone" chert, but mum is the word on where to find it...:comfort:
