What are everyone's thoughts on Base water PPM values, meaning do you include them in your total feed rate....or ignore their total/or 50%, and include that as your target PPM feed rate ?
I'm not a chemist, but I know all elements in tap water the plant doesn't utilize. So if I'm shooting for 700 PPM/Hanna, should I be including my "full" base total ?....my water has 30 PPM of calcium, very little iron....limestone aquifer.
I've been trying to experiment, but the learning curve is slow with multiple feedings and environment conditions.
