Yes, the bill isn't perfect. The 25 mile radius is ridiculous. But its a a lot better than the current felony you receive for growing, plus jail time. The bill brings growing to a fined misdemeanor @ $600 for a first offense with no jail time and allows complete legalization of Cannabis as most people are going to purchase out of a storefront anyhow.

Regarding, your settler comment, I don't watch TV so I have no idea what you're referencing. Stop watching TV and getting educated about Cannabis.
