Coco drippers

So Ive got a tray of 2gph drippers on a 920 gph pump 16 sites and they won't drip. I'm running a second tray, half the amount of pump 2gph rainbirds and it's dripping fine same amount of sites. I'm rackingy brain issue wise and only thing I can think of is bad drippers or not enough pressure. Any ideas????

My first thougth: Pressure. You should check the datasheets of pump and drippers to see if the pump makes enough pressure. High gph does not imply high pressure.
Second thought: not enough spacing between the drippers. But that is unlikely, if they don't drip at all.

Thrid thought. Smoked too much and forgot to open shutoff valve :)

Well I removed the drippers and just am feeding through 1/4 tubing now. Problem solving 101. I have plenty of pump I think the drippers were just defective.

I have stopped using aquarium pumps and have been using a 12V RV pump.

Used a 1.2 gpm @ 80 psi RV pump for my last run, a 24 clone SOG, 2 gph drippers. Only problem was that was way too noisy.

Three 8 port Orbit manifolds.

One of the 2 gph drippers, I use a tee at the end to help with disbursement.

This was my first SOG so the setup was all new and with the number of plants in that run I had to go with the drippers. I prefer the emitter I used in my past grows of either 5 plant vertical or 8 plant horizontal. Just love the disbursement, but again could not use these due to the number of plants and the gph requirements.

For this grow, that's just seedlings, not sure if it will be a 5 plant vertical or 8 plant horizontal, but will be able to go back the the Rainbird emitters. I have also switch to a higher gpm pump an much quieter 12V pump.
Just tested it and it is very quite!

Interesting to T after the drippers. I'm done similar T's in the past, but always before the drippers, which means I needed double drippers for every pot. I like your idea, it saves on drippers, and gets better water distribution.
