Posting a Poll?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is someone that could help me?

I'm trying to post a poll but I'm not sure how it's done.

I typed out a list of strains and clicked the 'yes, post a poll with this thread' box.

hit the 'preview post' button and the post still looks like a normal post with a list of strains.

How do I turn my list of strains into poll format?

It will ask you later (just before posting the new thread) about the poll options, they don't need to be in the post.
