Excess of Nitrogen?

Hi, do you think that my plant is suffering from Nitrogen excess?
It's an hydroponic system, 1 month more or less of flowering.

My pH is 5.6/5.8
My ferts are: cell max A+B/ topmax biobizz/ biobloom biobizz/ b-52 advanced nutriens/
Aptus super pk / Aptus enzym+

It looks like it has an xs of N. Change or dilute the reservoir.

what lights you using looks like heat stress also
