Years a go I run a cross between Leda 1 x Bahía Black Head, I remember it was a nice sativa head high and some orange smells dense buds...

Here's a pic I got today of the smallest of my 4 Cristal Limits. I couldnt get to the larger ones until tues when I feed them. I've gotta go through a maze for security reasons to get to the others. But I had this one tied down and decided to untie it and it looks a bit battered. It will be fine in a couple days after it get used to not beening tied down. I started those around May 25 or around from seed. I'll get some better pics of the larger plants. But this one is in a 10-15 gal container

Looks kind of like a plant I set off over here same ground & woodland.

Lovely looking plant though.

So is kc33 some sort of white widow x Haze or Thai?

I think one big reason he was never popular is no one ever knowing wtf the genetics were. Great for keeping your strain safe from copycats terrible for actually getting people to be interested enough to grow what you are selling.

I will definitely be digging into his genetics in the next 2 years. I have heard great things about KC33 and his mango. Mango will be the first few packs I pop.

I want to say that it has the Thai in it as opposed to haze. A guy a long time ago in the circle of friends had a pack of kc33 and found the lemon pledge type of pheno on his pack. The high was decent but the terps were just amazing. This thread brought back those memories and I’m really debating on snagging few of those packs to see what I can find. That mango sounds pretty flame too.

Hi Longcock, wvkindbud38 & everybody else , :tiphat:

just some photos of KC Brains varietys I had the pleasure to grow.

Picture #1 & #2 belong to the same T.N.R. plant, picture #3 & #4 are a (KC 45 x T.N.R.) cross and the last one shows a KC 45 plant.

Imho can recommend KC Brains for my latitude above 50°N from my experience, the plants I grew finished properly.
KC 45 was very early with a nice fresh lemony aroma and mediocre potency ,
some T.N.R pheons were a bit later but had a very tasty orange/maracuja resemblance in their aroma, the males smelled from my poit of view like blueberrys and potency was decent for me. Also the price is hard to beat. ;)

Two other threads about KC Brains :

Thanks voodoosdaddy, seems like KC Brains is offering 3 new strains, namely Space Mango, Diamond Queen Kush and Lemon Sputnik, all of them labeld (Auto-Fem) and offered on the hompage.
