Flask to trap/pump hose

Greetings all. I'm going to be doing my first winterizing here shortly, and am getting my stuff together to do so. What I'm having a hard time finding is vacuum hose that will be open on one end to slip over the flask fitting and have a standard pump fitting on the other. I figured I could just cut the fitting from one end, but the hoses I'm looking at don't seem to specify the ID, just the fitting size itself. How are folks here making this work?
