T1 clone, s1’s and crosses

I’m looking for some info on this plant. I have some s1 and was considering getting some more and possibly t1 x berry blossom (awesome blossom).

Curious if anyone here has grown them and at what latitude. When do they start flowering? What kinds of cbd are people getting when thc is below .3? Any info would be great. Kind regards
