Embeding youtube videos never works

Anyone know how to embed youtube videos on icmag because every time I do it it comes back as a playback error like the one below.

When you paste in the tag, you take what comes after the equal sign ?

yes just add the symbols after the = sign between the youtube tags. some times the you tube links are weird and you have to get the original url for that video first. i tend to go to the you tubers home page and look for the video there, then the url is normal and you can make it work. i see you added the whole url between the youtube tags you need to edit it down to the symbols after the = sign. then hope it's not one of these weird links.
