But but, wait! Trump explains on national TV that he would gladly commit FELONIES to get re-elected. Yah, Trump!

So you think I should vote Libertarian? Probably will anyways, just because there is not much of a difference between Trump and Biden.

Libertarians believe that a magical sky daddy known as the 'Invisible Hand' will take care of the environment. Literally nobody is worse on environmental issues than Libertarians. At least the Republicans give it lip service instead of pretending that it'll be fixed with fairy dust.

Libertarians refuse to admit that money is power. The unaccountable accumulation of money is the unaccountable accumulation of power.

The only way you can be a Libertarian is by denying this obvious truth.

Libertarians like myself are capitalists, we want lower taxes and regulations not policies that will hurt the business sector and ultimately the economy. Personally I don't believe the environment is in all that bad of shape and it will not influence my vote in 2020.

“Libertarians” either are social darwinists or are oblivious to the presence of social darwinists: wealthy “rugged individualists” who want NO restrictions on anything they choose to do - or how they choose to do it. The only acceptable role of government in their eyes is to protect them, their mass of money, and their destructive methods of acquisition, from *everyone else*.

Outside of that, government can go straight to effing hell....

I like a capitalist policy with a good dose of socialism and libertarianism. Keep the peace and as long as I'm peaceful, leave me the fuck alone to make an honest buck.

Toss 'em all in a bag, shake for 2 minutes, reach in and pick one. There is no variety in that bag.

Those who care about the enviroment have spent years attempting to regulate and improve the errors of the industrial age. Not that shit stain orange and friends care.

If you don't like clean air and water that is fine by me. But if you approve of fucking with the air and water I plan on using (the stuff from earth) please leave. Go somewhere where smog and carcinogens are fun and let the people who want to breath alone.

Thanks.

40+ years of steady corporate brainwashing to make you think the gubbermint is beyond evil

one thing they forgot to tell you is corporate interests and the elite OWN the government. so if you're paying enough attention they're actually outing themselves as evil lol

Thanks for demonstrating your lack of knowledge about libertarianism and libertarians, I’m sure your vote will make the difference you want to see

'Libertarian' in the US means Libertarian Capitalism / Anarcho-Capitalism..

Everywhere else in the world 'Libertarian' means Libertarian Socialism / Anarcho-Communism, which is the political system people like Noam Chomsky support.

US Libertarians are so captured by Koch bros propaganda that they usually don't even know that Libertarian Socialism is a thing.

Libertarian socialism (also known as socialist libertarianism)[1] is a group of anti-authoritarian[2] political philosophies inside the socialist movement that rejects the conception of socialism as centralized state ownership and control of the economy.[3] Libertarian socialism is close to and overlaps with left-libertarianism[4][5] and criticizes wage labour relationships within the workplace,[6] instead emphasizing workers' self-management of the workplace[7] and decentralized structures of political organization.[8][9][10]

Libertarian socialism often rejects the state itself[7] and asserts that a society based on freedom and justice can be achieved through abolishing authoritarian institutions that control certain means of production and subordinate the majority to an owning class or political and economic elite.[11] Libertarian socialists advocate for decentralized structures based on direct democracy and federal or confederal associations such as libertarian municipalism, citizens' assemblies, trade unions, and workers' councils.[12][13] All of this is generally done within a general call for libertarian[14][15] and voluntary human relationships[16] through the identification, criticism and practical dismantling of illegitimate authority in all aspects of human life.[17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24] As such, libertarian socialism seeks to distinguish itself from both Leninism/Bolshevism and social democracy.[25][26]

Past and present political philosophies and movements commonly described as libertarian socialist include anarchism as well as autonomism, communalism, democratic confederalism, participism, guild socialism,[27] revolutionary syndicalism and libertarian Marxist[28] philosophies such as council communism[29] as well as some versions of utopian socialism[30] and individualist anarchism.

My water is clean and the air I breath is fine. It would make sense to me if we focused on China's pollution or the plastics in the ocean. Again as a libertarian I believe in minimizing the government and stopping overregulation of the business sector.

When they say they want deregulation they mean for themselves (billionaires) not for the average joe.

There are over 1,000 water systems in the US that are exactly like Flint MI. So no the water for many Americans is not clean. Our infrastructure gets a grade of D and even Trump admits this. Infrastructure includes our water systems.

You should research Neo-Liberalism, the economic period we've had steadily since Reagan until now....... Maybe you'll find that our economy is already deregulated.

Neo-Liberalism mean everything for business including government ownership and fuck everyone else.

Neo-Liberalism means the economy is way too complex for mere humans to control. Only a free unregulated market can do what's right.
