Help identifying this fly!! Winged aphid? Some other kind of fly?

What kind of fly is this ???

I have a few pictures could you help me identify this fly winged aphid??? Some other kind of fly?

I'm sorry! I posted 2 threads in 2 different sections on here because sometimes you don't get any answer or feedback and your just waiting around with no replys in a certain section but might have better luck in the other section, i did look it up for hours myself but its hard to tell 100% and just wanted to get some feedback from people that may have had them before

yeah the response time can be a pain, but we can't have multiple threads on the same thing cluttering up the place either. i advise patience, the answer will come.

what size is that thing, looks a bit mini mothish, are there symptoms on the plants we need to see a pic of the damaged plant as well as more info about the size of this critter. if its tinny then i think the guy who said flea might have it.

First pic is a fruit fly.
Fungus gnats don't have eyes that large, ime.

Second set of pics is a fungus gnat on a yellow sticky card.

Of both... I am fairly certain.

Fleas are completely black & their wings hug their thorax tightly. They're difficult to kill by smashing between your finger tips. You gotta crush em between your nails or they hop away.
