Supposedly, you can buy and use smokable MMJ at dispensaries in FL right now, until the courts iron out the issue. But I wonder if anyone has bought any? I decided all the hassle and gubment intrusion is not nearly worth it to me and will just continue my merry way as I always have and always will. Just curious.
