There are some whom are exploiting the sick and disabled in the state. People advertising on the web as Medical Marijuana doctors. Whom are not on the list of registered physicians. And dispersing CBD tincture from dispensaries that are not registered with the state.
If in need of medical relief provided by Marijuana. Look up registered dispensaries on the Department Of Health website. They will have a list of registered doctors in your area. If you see a good deal. It is probably one to good to be true. Look before you leap. I failed to and it cost me $250.

This sounds like some bullshit to me. Who would pose as a medical doctor and advertise "on the web" just to move some cbd oil?

As has been said, provide us with some details.

This is in Pa. We just got medical but no flowers or edibles. Very strict medical rules. There are not facilities selling or growing yet. They don't say they are a Dr. but Pa. is still one of the worst anti-cannabis law states going to try this in.

Heres my experience. I went to an approved doc and have qualitying conditions but havent been to a primary care physician in over 20 yrs. I was taught to suck it up and not bitch about aches and pains plus the last physician I saw ignored my injury and gave me pills for something unrelated. I assumed the mmj doc would look into my conditions but only wanted med records from other docs confirming my diagnosis. Well some of my injuries are from an accident 22 yrs ago and the doc I saw no longer exists so I cant get records. So my only way to get a rec is to spend thousands getting diagnosis on my old injuries. The whole heathcare system is a scam. i pay 450 a month for insurance on just myself and still gotta drop 5k before insurance covers shit. So in order to get a rec I gotta drop over 5k because they will want multiple mris and I will have to see probably at least 2 specialist. Yeah fuck this system I will continue to treat myself like I always have while risking prison time. Land of the free.... Whoever told you that is your enemy.

Chasing The Present
People pretending to be doctors deserve to go to jail.

I couldn't agree more... what's even worse though.

Doctors flippantly writing prescriptions for opiates for decades, not just years, and making a living off it knowing it was killing their patients slowly but surely. Docs do this even after signing the Hippocratic Oath, disgusting.

There's people that pose as fake doctors (tons of 20/20 type specials over years) and put in titties, nose jobs, implants etc, it's disgusting and sad people don't do a little legwork before purchasing things that will certainly directly effect their health, but it does happen, there really shouldn't be any reason not to believe this, I'm sure it's true.

Some people are beyond reprieve for what they'll do for a buck.

Scams start with a lie, in that respect they are pretty universal.
There are no shortage of similar every where.
In LA recommendations are being to tourists for insane prices, that are worthless.

FL has long had a more than shady side to it. Home of the online pill industry for a long time.
Really think people involved with that would not jump at the chance to set up a fake canna biz ?
I would think it would be an almost predictable trend ... sadly.
