Slow grow - longer flower or smaller yield?

I am growing at low light on temp (low seventies), low humidity (30 RH) and 600W light 30" above canopy. So growth is slow in the veg stage. Switching to flower it will be the same. Will slow growth in flower mean the plant takes longer to flower or just yields less?

Just yeild less. Nighttime hours will effect flowering length.

Slow growing strains you will have to veg longer to get a bigger yield.
