Yellow spot on leaf

Good morning, I'm a beginner and this is my setup :
-biobizz try-pack indoor
-soil: "CANNA PROFESSIONAL"
-pH checked to 6,4-6,6
-Strain: G14
-vegetative stage right now (in the 3rd week)
-led light 50W
Yesterday I saw some yellow spot on the bottom leafs of my friend's plant and I don't know anything about that, can someone help us please?
(photos are in my album).

Looks like nutrient burn to me. Stop feeding, and water less. Rich compost plus over water plus feed equals too much nutrients being taken in. The adage of, if some is good, more is better, doesn't work in this game.

Just this guy, ya know?
I would also water less, that soil looks pretty super dark and those don't seem super big for 3 weeks of vegetative growth. Also if you can get more light a 50w isn't a super ton.
