Hey everyone,

I got a packet of these back in august I popped 5 got 100%
Germination with 3 female 2 males, I did notice the seeds were very light in colour then what Ive seen from other breeders over the years.

My question is if anyone has grown it or could give me any info ?
I've read strain mans thread
As it's won the cup I though there would be more grows etc,
I'm currently on week 1 with my ladies

Thanks,
GA

I've never grown that strain but know that it is one of the popular strains nowadays. I also know that that strain won the 2011 High Times Cup Amsterdam Cup. Looks like you should give us a blow by blow account of your grow. Exciting it seems even to me. :)

grown once...above-average stretch...needs support as branches will get heavy...great yeild for a haze variety...good consistency within phenos

Thanks for this info. The branches get so heavy with buds? May be a good thing cos it means the buds are big and heavy or thebranches are so thin they need to be staked just the same?:tiphat:

personally my favorite plant from RD

Hey mr dank

I'm looking into getting more genetics from rare dankness,
What other strains would you recommend ?

I like the sound of a couple of the new releases coming soon
One is cornbread a bubba cross
The 2nd is Jenny's kush a amnesia cross,
Apparently the jenny is to be reworked every year in memory of Scott's close friend jenny.

Thanks,
GA

Ran em outside...they were some of the last ones down...not too long for a sativa dominant...I'd give them 65+/-...all bud sites fill out really well....branches are quite strong..also yielded very well for me

Hey rainmaker,

Ive thanks for your info
I thought I'd have to give this strain around 12 weeks for flowering so around 10 weeks that's really good news !

Can I ask which side of the cross is dominant ?

Thanks

Hey everyone,

Thought I'd up date on my moonshine grow

I'm currently on day 66 of flowering
it's winter time where I am so
It's been cold night in my flowering room.
which has slowed up flowering a little but I plan to let these girls go a few extra weeks to help with yeild and too mature properly.

Moonshine 1

Most stretchy out of the 3 and the most hungry.
A tropical punch smell with the classic amnesia pong mixed in,

Buds starting to swell some hairs turning brown

Moonshine haze 2

Very similar growth and shape as moonshine 1 medium to heavy feeder,
Smell is tropical but very nevilles haze dominant,
big buds starting to dense and hairs turning brown
This is my favorite pheno

Moonshine 3

This is a crazy girl !
she has had leaf curl from day one
I have fed her very light the whole way though,
She did start to flower first out of the moonshines,
but as you can see from the pics she has a long time to go yet
Loads of foxtail colas she's had too be staked 5 times to support her self
This girl reeks ! Of amnesia haze anyone that has been to Amsterdam will know what I mean
This would be my favorite pheno if it was not for the flowering time and the bud structure.
