Well first id stop with the beer wort, which seems like a really stupid idea to me, as plants can hardly absorb ca at that pH can they. It will be in part a potassium/general salt toxicity if youve bound up all you Ca in the medium by pouring 5.5 beer wort through it.. thats my opinion anyway

Yep, too much as far as teas and other additives.

According to Farmer's Almanac:
Rust disease is caused by a fungal parasite that needs living plants to survive. Rust diseases occur most often in mild, moist conditions. Rust is spread by spores that are transferred from infected plants to healthy plants. ... Wet surfaces are also needed to cause infections. The pathogen is Puccinia rust fungus.

Treating rust fungus:
Be sure to dispose of these leaves. Do not compost them. Then treat your plant with a fungicide, such as neem oil. Continue to remove leaves and treat the plant until all signs of the plant rust are gone.

Sounds like it's exacerbated. Not sure if you can save them.

When growing autos, simple and uncomplicated is the best measure especially in seedling stage 2-4 weeks. In bloom stage use 1/2 of what is recommended every 2-3rd watering allowing to dry a bit in between. Rust as said is from over watering.

Azure Rocket is a very hardy plant when not exposed to possible toxins and fungus, optimal grow conditions.

Your explanation, clearly you over dosed the plants. Gulp! Hoping you can resolve, yet sounds serious. In all my years of photoperiod indoor grows (35+ yrs) and 12 -13 years of growing autos indoors, less is better, avoiding problems such as rust, PM, botrytis, etc.
Also this is affecting only the top of the main colas, the side branching seems unaffected, especial the fan leaves from side shoots

I will be stop giving them the tea, but in my defense it's only 3 ml roughly at the time I drop seeds into ground per pot. I dought it made this issue.
