Cookies n Chem - Chimp Mints - plus a few Cherrygasms

Hoping to find what to focus on this winter. I popped about 90 total around half of which are Sincity “Chimp mints”, 30 or so Greenpoint “Cookies n Chem”, 7 Subcool “Cherrygasm”, and 3 freebie “Hellcat”. The pics are of the best of each. Plan is to sex them, run them, clone a couple, reveg the winners to fill the rooms for winter.

Just a few strong ones. Little rusty on the seed popping.

Moving along

I up potted them and put them in the room still vegging. A little shocked by the transplant and the bright lights. Gave them a little foliar feed to try to help them along. Still haven’t sexed them but should be good if half get to stay.

Got the males out and it looks about right I might add a couple of clones to fill the gaps but it should be about right if they stretch a little. Kept the best 7 males and will set them up and flower them out for a few weeks to find a winner or two.

The best males. The last is the cherrygasm and it might be the leader, we will see what it does. Put them back in veg for a day or two until I get some irrigation set up in their closest then it’s 10 on 14 off.

Thanks and welcome aboard. It will be good to see what they do. Just need one or two good ones out of the batch. I will clone the best looking ones and reveg anything else that shows lots of frost.

Nice having you here darksider

The first pic is of the best two “Cookies n Chem”, I have 8 of the best in there but several are squatty bushes that aren’t my style. I cloned a few of the bests out of the room. I am not cutting much off of them just to see how they like to grow and if I need to reveg it will be easier with more branches. The second pic is of the “Chimp Mints”. There are 6 of these and they all look pretty similar.

The third pic is of a tool every room with a trellis needs to place those hard to reach tops.

The last pic is the cherrygasm. It’s doing well but only time will tell which has the favorite flower.

They are growing up. Got the led up. We will see how it treats those tops real close. The leader is a chimp mints as far as flower chunk but those cookie chems in the back could be champs if they fill in.

Here are the males I kept. Nothing too impressive probably going to keep them another week or two and see if one starts to prove itself. Maybe dust a few lower branches of the Cindy 99 just to see what it makes.

These are the best 2 cookies n chem. Really frosty, good branching and lots of tops. They are at around 30 days so lots of time to shine.

The 2 best chimp mints shaping up next to one another. Then a couple of the cherrygasm. I painted pollen from the best males, turned out to be the hellcat and cherrygasm males. I put it on on a couple Cindy 99 filler plants and marked the branches.

Its becoming clear. The chimp mint in the middle left of the first pic has some real hope and it’s leafy sister behind it is serious as well. The best cookies n chem is looking to be the favorite all along with great structure and branching so it was cloned. The chimp mints will be a reveg project. The last pic is the rest of the seed plants in the other room that were a little slower in veg. so maybe the winner is there. Just looking for one to run through winter.

I chopped the cookies n chem side. It turned out well. I noticed they were looking a little stressed and thought it was that they were a little close to the light but I found some pm spots on some leaves. I will get the chimp mints finished up and get everything cleaned up spotless before reset. Only thing I have pics of are the leftovers in the other room stretched up tall and a few pics of the durbanxc99.
